For founders

A free page for your startup, where people who can help find it.

Your pitch, your team and what you need right now, on one page. Investors, advisors and customers can follow it, ask you questions and get in touch.

Connect your AI and it drafts the page in about 2 minutes.

How it works

  1. Sign in and add your profile

With Google or an email link, then your name and one line about you. Your email address is never shown.

  2. Add a name and one sentence

That publishes your page. The pitch, the deck and the rest can come later.

  3. Say what you need

Customers, advisors, introductions, hires or investment. People contact your team in the same words.

  1. Who they are

The name, one line, the industry, the stage and the place.

  2. The pitch

In your own words: the problem, the solution, the progress so far.

  3. Needs right now

Customers, advisors, a cofounder, investment. People answer in the same words.

  4. Deck, video and demo

The material, one click from the page.

  5. The founders

Your profiles, so people know who they would be talking to.

We can draft it for you#

Send us a link and we will write the first draft of your page from it. It stays a draft until you publish it from your own account, so the page is yours from the start.

  1. You send a link to your website, deck or LinkedIn.
  2. We send you a link to the draft. Open it and sign in, and the form is filled in for you.
  3. Read every word, change anything, and press Publish when it is right.

Write to hello@trypitcher.co with a link to your website or deck.

You can also connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex to draft the page. You still publish it yourself.

How help reaches you#

Pick what you need from one short list. People contact your team in the same words, and you see who they are before you answer.

  • CustomersBecoming a customer
  • FeedbackA question or feedback on the page
  • AdvisorsAdvising
  • IntroductionsMaking an introduction
  • CofounderJoining the team
  • Early hiresJoining the team
  • InternsInterning
  • PartnersPartnering
  • InvestmentInvesting

Questions and feedback arrive on your page, in the open, and you answer them there.

What stays in your control#

  • You publish it. Your page goes live only when you press Publish, from your own account, and you can edit it whenever you like.
  • Your email address is never shown. People get in touch through your page, or ask a question on it. You see who they are and decide whom to answer.
  • Your material stays where it is. A deck, a video or a demo is a link to wherever you keep it, so link only what you are happy for anyone to open.
  • Raising stays among members. Whether you are raising is shown only to signed in members, never to visitors or search engines.
  • Counts, never names. You see how often your page and deck were opened in the last seven days. No member, you included, sees who viewed or followed.

Questions founders ask#

What is a Pitcher page?

One page for your startup, written by you: the pitch, the team, your progress, links to your deck, video and demo, and what you need right now. You keep it current, and it is the link you send when someone asks what you are building.

Is it free?

Yes. Your startup's page is free, and so is an account for anyone who reads it, follows it or contacts your team. You do not need to be raising either: investment is one need among nine, beside customers, feedback, advisors, introductions, a cofounder, early hires, interns and partners.

Who will see my page?

Anyone with the link, signed in or not, and anyone browsing the startups on Pitcher, where the list can be filtered by what each startup needs: someone looking to advise finds the startups asking for advisors. Published pages can also be found by search engines. Put the link in your emails, applications and profiles.

How is this different from Product Hunt, BetaList, Wellfound or Crunchbase?

Product Hunt and BetaList are built around launching a product to early adopters. Wellfound is built for hiring. Crunchbase is a database of companies, strongest once a company has raised a round. A Pitcher page is written by the founders, stays up after launch day, and says what the company needs now, so the people who can help can answer it. Link it from your launch post and your job listings.

Do you raise money for startups or take a cut?

No. Pitcher is not an investing platform. It does not process investments, sell securities, give investment advice, broker deals or guarantee funding, and it takes no cut of anything that comes from your page. A contact request is a message between people, and what happens next is between you.

What if my company already has a page?

If a cofounder made it, ask them to invite you. They add your email address in the Team section of the page, and you accept from the link they send you, signed in with that address. If it came over from an earlier version of Pitcher and has no team yet, tell us and we will add you to it, so you can edit it and answer people from your own account. Write to hello@trypitcher.co with the page's link.
