The pitch

Every Greek chapter in the country has the same problem.

The exec board is a group of college students running an organization with 50 to 200 members, and they do it with five or six tools that don’t talk to each other. Announcements go out in GroupMe, attendance lives on a sign-in sheet, elections happen over Google Forms, and the roster is a spreadsheet somebody forgot to update last semester. When officers change every year, most of that knowledge disappears with them. Ghill replaces all of that with one platform built just for chapters. Execs get a dashboard to manage members and pledges, run events with QR check-in and attendance points, hold elections, build forms and run big/little matching. Members get a mobile app with group chat, a shared calendar, photo albums and a feed of what’s going on in the chapter. We’re three student founders who are in Greek life ourselves, so we build what chapters actually ask for. Ghill is live on the web and the iOS App Store, and active chapters, including USC’s Phi Chi Theta chapter, are already using it. We sell straight to exec boards for a few hundred dollars per chapter per year, and there are thousands of chapters across the US.

Problem

Greek life chapter operations are split among many different platforms, we centralize that.

Solution

We built a platform to put event operations, elections, chats, photo albums, forms, point systems, big little matching, and more all into one system.

Progress so far

We have a live website and apps with around 150 users and 1000+ ARR.
