A startup discovery network where founders show what they are building, what they need and how it changes, and people who can help find them.
Needs right now
Founders who want a page for their startup, and programs, mentors and investors willing to try Pitcher with a few companies and say what would make it more useful. Write to hello@trypitcher.co.
Pitcher gives every early stage startup one page: what it is building, who is behind it, what it needs right now, and what changes over time.
Investors, advisors, operators, customers, students and other founders discover startups, follow the ones they care about, ask the founders questions in the open, and offer help in the same words the founder used to ask for it.
Early founders are hard to find before there is a funding round, a launch or a job post. What they are building and what they need is spread across a deck, a few posts and private conversations, so the people who could help rarely see it.
Each startup has one page with its pitch in the founders' own words, the founders, progress, links to the deck, video and demo, and what it needs right now, chosen from a short list: customers, feedback, advisors, introductions, a cofounder, early hires, interns, partners or investment. People follow startups to hear their updates, ask questions on the page, and offer help. The founder decides whom to answer, and their email address is never shown.
